Mesquite Country Beef sits in central Texas near Groesbeck, east of Waco, where mesquite pasture has fed cattle for as long as anyone's family remembers. We manage ours for soil health, plant diversity, and foragability first — because everything we sell starts with what the land grows.
We started selling direct for a simple reason: the beef we raised for ourselves was better than anything our neighbors could buy, and word got around. Today every animal in the program is born here, raised here, and known by sight.
Between us, the family carries more than 120 years of agricultural experience — and every box that leaves this ranch is packed by one of the people on this page.
